The ACAP Board is actively involved in developing,
implementing, and evaluating ACAP's program components. The Board consists primarily of business executives within
the Seattle community. Day-to-day management of the program is conducted by an executive director whose main responsibilities
include: Planning, evaluation, and management of the program Developing and maintaining a database of ACAP students. Developing and maintaining a library of career materials. Developing seminars and workshops. Developing new services and activities to encourage minorities to pursue a business career.
