The ACAP Board is actively involved in developing, implementing, and evaluating ACAP's program components.  The Board consists primarily of business executives within the Seattle community.  Day-to-day management of the program is conducted by an executive director whose main responsibilities include:
  • Planning, evaluation, and management of the program
  • Developing and maintaining a database of ACAP students.
  • Developing and maintaining a library of career materials.
  • Developing seminars and workshops.
  • Developing new services and activities to encourage minorities to pursue a business career.
